By accessing or using Learn N' Succeed (“the Platform”), operated by Learn N' Succeed LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Learn N' Succeed provides online educational courses, digital workbooks, and related materials focused on goal-setting, productivity, and personal development. Access is provided through our web platform after purchase or free enrollment.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Course Access

  • Paid courses include lifetime access for the individual purchaser.
  • Free courses may be modified or removed at our discretion.
  • “Lifetime access” means for as long as the Platform operates.
  • We may update course content at any time to improve quality.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, workbooks, and branding are the intellectual property of Learn N' Succeed LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course materials
  • Record, download, or screen-capture course videos
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from taking our courses. Individual results depend on effort, implementation, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn N' Succeed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or courses.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
