We stand behind our courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@learn-n-succeed.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Details

  • Eligible period: 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Refund method: Original payment method (credit card, debit card)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Course access: Revoked upon refund processing

Special Cases

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages (Full System + Coaching at $997) are eligible for a full refund if requested before the coaching session takes place. After the coaching session, only the course portion may be refunded.

Free Courses

Free courses (MC1) do not require a refund as no payment is made.

Bundle Upgrades

If you purchased an individual course and later upgrade to a bundle, the refund policy applies to the total bundle price. Individual course refunds within a bundle are not available — the entire bundle must be refunded.

After the 30-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable, but cannot guarantee approval beyond the standard refund window.
